We clearly needed this service. Jackson was our technician, and he was great! professional, thorough, and communicative. It was reassuring to see the amount of debris removed from our dryer vents. The team shared helpful, concrete information, including pressure readings before and after the cleaning, as well as a written report with images and practical recommendations to improve our dryer setup (e.g., replacing the duct and adding a vent protector to prevent birds or pests). We called the Dryer Vent Guys as our dryer was not drying the clothes properly. Jackson arrived and inspected the system. It could not be cleaned as a repair was needed. The cost was $129 for inspection, photos, video & travel. Jackson returned and replaced the air vent with a dryer jack vent and cleaned the system. The cost was $899 for repairs, cleaning, travel, video and photos. Jackson was extremely easy to work with and had great communication skills. He arrived on time and is very detailed in his documentation.
