Lucas did an amazing job cleaning and upgrading my dryer vent and exterior vent cover. From start to finish, he explained the entire process and took the time to answer all of my questions. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly takes pride in his work. What impressed me most was his attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure everything was done correctly and that I was completely satisfied with the finished product. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations, and I now have peace of mind knowing my dryer vent system is clean, safe, and functioning properly. Lucas is an all-around great guy, and his outstanding customer service made the experience even better. I highly recommend The Dryer Vent Guy and will definitely be recommending Lucas and the company to my friends and family. Thank you for a job well done!

I had a fantastic experience with The Dryer Vent Guys! My technician, Bobby R., was professional from start to finish. He handled the inspection, cleaning, and repair work with total expertise. What I appreciated most was how he explained every step of the process before he started and took the time to answer all of my questions. He was incredibly friendly and made sure I understood the 'why' behind the work. I’ll definitely be using them for all my vent cleaning services moving forward. Highly recommend Bobby! I wish all service-based companies were like this!!

Jim came out and helped me today and was excellent. He was thorough, honest and professional. He walked me through different options and was considerate of my situation. I would highly recommend him for any of your dryer and vent needs.

Lucas came out to do our dryer vent and dryer cleaning. I got several updates prior to appointment and then got a confirmation call when Lucas was on the way. Lucas was very communicative throughout the entire service. He was able to identify issues with the vent and complete the repairs during the visit. This was something that was completely missed or ignored by two previous companies in the time we've lived here I highly recommend The Dryer Vent Guys
