We clearly needed this service. Jackson was our technician, and he was great! professional, thorough, and communicative. It was reassuring to see the amount of debris removed from our dryer vents. The team shared helpful, concrete information, including pressure readings before and after the cleaning, as well as a written report with images and practical recommendations to improve our dryer setup (e.g., replacing the duct and adding a vent protector to prevent birds or pests). Lucas came out to do our dryer vent and dryer cleaning. I got several updates prior to appointment and then got a confirmation call when Lucas was on the way. Lucas was very communicative throughout the entire service. He was able to identify issues with the vent and complete the repairs during the visit.
